• Two more CPS2 emu's released: FinalBurn Hack 2.4 has been released with support for Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha and my personal favorite emu, FinalBurnX has been updated as well with support for both of today's releases from CPS2Shock. Also added to FinalBurnX are a couple of new region switches for older games. Both are available on my Emu Reviews page. - cyrussd • New frontend for CPS2mame: I discovered a frontend for CPS2mame today called Stingray, and it's already on v0.1.2! Go grab it from my newly renovated Emu Reviews page under Emulator Frontends. I also added a link to the Stingray site to the Emu Links section. - cyrussd • Multiple releases at CPS2Shock: Ok, I wake up and see not one, but TWO new XOR releases! That's right, not only has Alien vs. Predator (Euro 940520) been released, but also Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha (Japan 960805)!!! Grab em now from CPS2Shock. - cyrussd • As if that wasn't enough: WinKawaks v1.07, Nebula v1.5, updated Nebula game DAT's, CPS2mame v1.9, FBCPS2en Edit 30, FinalBurn Launcher v0.361 and an updated CPS2 DAT from Loqix have all been released too. • Game List update: Raz is returning two more boards, Battle Circuit (green) and Powered Gear (green) to the donators. Since the Battle Circuit board is being returned it's pretty obvious it's been XOR'ed and he just hasn't released it. So I've decided to add a Unreleased XOR comment to my Game List to cover this. - cyrussd • Plus a Cyberbots FAQ update: As for the Cyberbots FAQ I verified all the codes, moves and other various info. I also rearranged things a little and tried to make it look a bit better too. Enjoy - cyrussd • First FAQ online: My first CPS2 game FAQ is up. Check out the Cyberbots FAQ on the left under CPS2 Game FAQs. - cyrussd • Emu Reviews page update: Added a few new icons to my Emu Reviews page under Info. First, the computer icon (emulator system requirements) and second, the piece of paper icon (an overall review of the emulator). They currently don't link to anything, but they will in the future I also added a rating legend too (although it was pretty obvious before), just click on one of the smiley faces to see it. - cyrussd

• Game List update: Added the Giga Wing (green) board that Raz already had and also added the SSF2: Tournament Battle (blue) and the Darkstalkers (blue) boards which are both on the way to him. - cyrussd • New version of WinKawaks: That's right, WinKawaks has been updated to v1.06. Here are some of the latest additions: Fix for Mercs' backgrounds. Added Forgotten Worlds (USA) Added Lost Worlds (Japan) Pixel format auto detection. No need to mess with INI anymore. Fixed another S3/S4, which affected Double mode, with no 50% scanlines. New autoframeskip code. Should perform a lot better on slower machines CPS1 sound ! Yup, that's right. But YM2151 (that's music) requires a good CPU. Options to enable/disable OKIM6295 and/or YM2151 Changed many things in the menus. Added a 4th ROMpath (requested by someone. Enter/Enter Sound glitch should be VERY rare now. So go get it already from my Emu Reviews page, and don't forget to check out the release notes.txt in the zip to read the rest of the changes - cyrussd
