• SSF2 Turbo (USA 940323) on A.B.E.MAME: This new CPS2 dump has been upped to the above mentioned newsgroup, and I updated our Game List with this new info. - cyrussd • New XOR: Another new release from CPS2Shock, this time it's D&D: Shadow over Mystara (Japan 960619). You will find it available on our Downloads page. - cyrussd • CPS2mame v2.70: Raz has updated his CPS2 only version of MAME to include CPS2Shock's latest XOR release. You will find it available on our Downloads page. - cyrussd • Updated CPS2 verifiy DATs: Team Logiqx has updated thier CPS2 DATs to include CPS2Shock's latest XOR release, and to also be up to date with MAME v0.70. You will find them both available on our Downloads page. - cyrussd • ClrMamePro v3.03: Roman has released an updated version of his ROM Manager, merging the 3.02.x releases and adding a few other fixes as well. Here's a complete list: fixed mutliple checksum calculation while unzipping files is broken fixed 'full chd-integrity' is performed even when scanner->checksum is disabled fixed scanner crashes and datfile cleanup produces weird import errors while importing a corrupt datfiles (e.g. latest mame32plus which has a double set entry) fixed full-merge scan doesn't use information from wrong merged sets (existing clone sets) fixed statistics count disabled system roms/sets/samples as missing fixed engine.cfg doesn't know about ignore/replace biosset, bios, biossetdescription, biosname compiled with updated ziparchive class (fixes some rare unzip problems) drag&drop a zipfile in 'About' Window will now calculate md5/crc32/sha1/size for each file inside the zip. • ClrMamePro 3.02: Roman has update his Rom manager once again, here are the changes: Misc: fix missing can add missing biosfiles (note: you may still get a "problem in biosset" message because they are fixed when the scanner reaches the biosset and not while a quick biossetcheck is performed at the start of a scan. The warning should disappear with the next scan/fastscan if the missing file was added.) Misc: After saving a have/miss list ClrMamePro can optionally view it with the default program (usually a texteditor) Added: warningswindow->popup menu->delete file: <buggy file> Misc: 'missing rom' also lists SHA1 and MD5 values Misc: 'missing bios roms' also lists the corresponding 'biosset description' (mame .70) Misc: reduced cachesize misc: lots of internal checksum changes (much more to come) Misc: fixdatfiles include wrong sized roms Misc: rewrote the dupes check. It lists all found dupepaths now. Misc: removed usual rompath skipping for sets without any problems (game check only). • Updated CPS2 verify DATs: New from Team Logiqx, here are the latest CPS2 verify DATs, now with support for the seven new clones and XORs released on Tuesday. You will find both DATs available on our Downloads page. - cyrussd • ClrMamePro v3.01: Roman has released an updated version of his ROM manager, now with full XML DAT file support included. Here's the complete list of what's new: added XML datfile / MAME XML -listinfo (or whatever) output support added scanner advanced dupes check for sets which are in one or more rom/samplepaths added datfile check/fix for the 'chinagat issue'. rebuilder doesn't rebuild biossets when 'separate biossets' is disabled. 'rebuilder->skip when file exists in rompath' test isn't used when current destination matches currently tested rompath. some scanner code cleanup...scanner gets a bit faster little rebuilder speedup for dats which use 'baddump' tags instead of ~crc32s and for dats which don't use any 'nodumps' (0-crc32s). fixed 'logfile saved successfully' message isn't shown You will find this updated version on our Downloads page. - cyrussd
